Ejikeme graduated as a medical doctor from University of Ibadan and has an MSc in Health Economics, Management and Policy. He is a Fellow of the West African College of Physicians. Prof Arodiwe is a  Professor of Medicine and Honorary Consultant Physician and Nephrologist to the University of Nigeria Teaching.
